First try the connection test here (regardless of whether or not your broadband is ok). If it detects a fault you'll be able to book an engineer there and then: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
If not you'll need to report it directly to Sky. Quickest way is to use your mobile, but alternatively we can flag your post to Sky and they may be able to help via the Community's online, private messaging service.
