Since canceling our sky Q tv package, we can't receive or make a phone call from landline phone. When ring from a mobile, can hear it ringing but phone is silent, when trying to ring from landline there is no dial tone.

No changes to broadband, everything working fine.
Just the phone, bought new phone just in case it was the phone.

Have tried this earlier, but our hub is sky Q and not the hubs shown.

Have also uploaded photos of how ours is set up and filled the form in for sky. Had a reply saying they have received photos and it could take up to 72 hours for some one to respond so just waiting.
