Can’t make or receive calls on landline

Hi all,

Currently can't make or receive calls on my landline. Have checked all points, unplugged and plugged everything. Broadband unaffected.

@BONGOxxx  Was it previously working, or have you just signed up to Sky Broadband?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Exactly the same here..its happened before and the phone went 'live' again at a random time.
BT were working nearby to be fair , but my fibre speed has dropped to a third of what it usually is....I think if this continues I will claim for loss of service.

Mobile signal is non-existent so I cant use that ( geographical issue ) which leaves me to rely on the nice people here....
