Can't make calls to China

Can anyone help me? I tried many times and purchased Sky Talk subscritpions for a phone number + 200 min credit talk. But it doesnt allow me to make phone calls to China. I chose the coutry code (86)+ the cellphone number. It never went through. Thank you if you can help!

Please explain what you mean? Sky Talk landline is bundled with a minimum 24 month Sky broadband subscription and doesn't come with 200 minutes of credit. You have to pay for a tariff relevant to your requirements.

@jane2004855  If the post by @TimmyBGood  is correct you have the wrong community, this is a communty for Sky (a Comcast Company) In the UK & Ireland who provide TV, Broadband and Mobile services and should not be confusd with companies using a similar trading name in other parts of the world.

Neither Sky Mobile UK or Sky Mobile RoI offers add-on minutes: calls are either unlimited or billed per-minute.  Sky Mobile UK has an International Saver add-on which reduces the listed per-minute billing cost to applicable destinations.

To help understand what you've actually bought, it would help to know which country you are in and how you purchased this product.
