Can’t make a phone call on my landline

Full fibre was fitted on 23rd Jan,since then unable to make a call , do receive calls in. I have numerous calls to sky problems line on my mobile ,I don't use a mobile very much, don't have a contract just pay as you go ! After 8 weeks now extremely frustrating, sky replaced the hub,no change, replaced the phone on suggestion of sky, again no change in situation.I am elderly and need my landline phone as my main contact with friends and family and medical professionals. How can I complain to Sky Director for customer service? I was. promised a call back within 72hrs from either sky or outreach STILL WAITING ,I DID REQUEST A  VISIT BY AN ENGINEER,BUT TO NO AVAIL.

I suspect there has been a delay in fully activating your phone service. Such delays are uncommon but have been reported here before. Sky have previously said it's an Openreach issue. It's unlikely that a visit by an engineer will resolve it.
