Help please , unable to call my mums landline number all of a sudden from my mobile , it either doesn't connect or says that the number doesn't exist??? I have checked to make sure I haven't blocked number and it isn't blocked , my husband is also having the same issues, we both have sky mobiles .
mum has had BT investigate and there is no fault on their line so it has to be SKY !!
very frustrating ! Does anyone have any advice please ?
