Can not receive or make calls from land line

Hi

Similar issue as what others have had.

I have a dial tone on my home landline, but am unable to make or receive calls. If I call my landline from my mobile, it just says number busy. Broadband is working ok and I have been through the online faultfinding process and all was ok.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
