Have checked all connections as recommended by sky on line, can not see any loose wires

Are you new to Sky broadband/phone? Has your Sky land,ine worked OK up to now?

Do you have full fibre broadband? Have you tried plugging the phone into the router?

@peter-marlow+1966 If the OP router has that built in as they could be using the Sky Q router which has 2 ethernet ports and no phone port.
