Can make outgoing calls but no incoming calls

New Sky broadband is now active and all working.

Phone plugged into VOIP socket on Sky hub

I can make outgoing calls OK BUT cannot receive incoming calls on VOIP socket.

Person ringing up my landline number gets ring tones but the phone connected to the VOIP socket does not ring. If you pick up VOIP phone whilst incoming call is made (Via my mobile) the VOIP phone has dial tone and not the incoming call...

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

I have exact same problem myself. Broadband connected today. Can make outgoing calls. But incoming and phone not ring although person ringing does get ring tones.

How was the issue resolved? It would be helpful to add it here

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?
