Can I get internet calls with sky super fast broadband

I would like to know whether I can get internet calls at my home even though we can only get sky super fast broadband where we live

Potentially, yes, but I don't believe it's yet available as an option if you already have superfast broadband - it's currently triggered by a broadband upgrade or by moving to a new property where it's available. 

 

Note that there's no particular advantage to having Internet calls (it's no cheaper) and there are a number of disadvantages.

As @Mark39 indicates, Sky Talk using VOIP is no cheaper than Sky Talk using PSTN: calls are still charged at either pence per minute or through an add-on bundle for a fixed price each month.  This is the case even where the call is being made to another VOIP user (because telcos really don't want to let go of a century-old business model).

 

If perhaps you are referring to WiFi calling from a mobile, that uses almost negligible bandwidth (a few tens of Kbs) but most providers advise at least a megabit (1Mbs) each way.
