Called Sainsbury's & i'm stuck on there automated line
I called Sainsbury's earlier to discuss my online shopping account. I got put through to the automated service. I was told to enter my order number for Sainsburys, the phone went quiet & now i can't make any outgoing calls. I think i'm stuck on a call to Sainsbury's & i can't end the call.
I don't have a mobile phone so cannot call them to check.
I'm worried i'm going to be charged for this. What shall i do please?

Problem seems to have fixed itself now. I've just been able to make a call so i no longer need any help.
My apologies. I did panic a bit as i had no way of contacting anyone to help & was worried i would have a huge phone bill.

Inclusive calls (to 01, 02, 03 numbers) last up to an hour. Any call longer than that can become expensive - I think 25p per minute.

@Darren+Pizzy @Just seen your post. Exactly the same thing has happened to me with Sainsbury's on their automated system and it has happened several times. It has also happened intermittently with other automated services. I have now noticed that the line times out and becomes active again after approximately 45 minutes. Thought it might be my phone so bought a new Panasonic DECT phone and the same thing is happening.
