It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.

I done a service check and there's a problem but WiFi working perfectly for everything else

Try the troubleshooting in the below link. If an external fault is found you may be able to book an engineer online, otherwise you'll need to speak directly to Sky to report it. They will pass it to Openreach for investigation. Openreach has a target fix time of two working days.
