Bt3690 plugged into the back of my full fibre Sky router. Can receive calls but not make any

Can receive calls but not make any, even though there is a dialling tone. Please help

When was your Sky service activated? 

Do you have a black Hub, or a white one?

If it's the black one, is the Voice light illuminated? Amber or green?
