Broadband working but no dial tone

Hi all,

 

For a couple of weeks now we have been having trouble receiving incoming calls. We currently have no dial tone. I have tried a brand new phone and  different filters and going directly into the master socket but no luck.

 

Broadband is not affected and as we have FTTC then I guess the fault is further back.

 

Can I get someone to check the line and resolve.

@EdwardJHYou have not upgraded your package in this time that you have had no phone service?

 

Do you have another means to report this fault to Sky?

No changes to my package and I dread calling sky as the wait times are terrible and they insist on going through lengthy checks in the home which I know won't help.

 

I can't make calls from my landline either...
