Hello Openreach have been here all day digging up the road since we have bad no dial tone no can any call get though it was fine yesterday (we upgraded our internet to the latest and had the installled which is on its own line that they dug before hand also then 2 enginars installed this past Friday) all trouble solving tried to no help.

 

It is vital we have a land line as I need to be contacted by an aging amount of people who has problums using a mobile.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Sky can't do anything to quicken up a repair. It will be fixed when it's fixed. At least with OR digging the road up you know OR are on the case.,
