Hi all,
broadband working fine but home phone has not worked for several weeks, can't make or receive calls, no dial tone
have tried all the recommended fixes but no luck

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your Sky Hub has a Voice light which is lit, your phone must be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub. It won't work in the wall socket.
