Been having problems with my home phone for 2 days now know one can hear me but I can hear them

Been having issues last 2 days followed all online support tried different phones and still when people ring they can't hear me and when I dial out its the same filled in online form and says issue resolved but its still not working

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
