I purchased a BT Decor 2600 landline phone but it does not seem to be compatible with Sky Talk & Internet. Is this correct please ? If it is cancelled anyone recommend a landline handset which is . Thanks

Hi thanks , yes I think they were but I have decided to return the phone to save any further hassle. I will purchase a cordless one which appears to be easier. Thanks for your help .

Yes , but there's also a power plug which I've plugged into a socket . If you don't do this the phone will not function. I have been with Sky for 14 years & with the Talk / Broadband for about 8 years . Thanks

That's OK and won't cause a problem.
With your phone plugged into your broadband Hub, is the 'Voice' light on the front panel of the Hub lit green? Do you have a dialling tone?
