All calls to Sky customer services are free from Sky mobiles and Sky Talk landlines.

@fairwinds12  Yes  if you have the appropriate calls package  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-talk-tariff-guide

 

If you want to call Sky from a talk landline it is free on 150 regardless of calls package.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
