After open reach install new fibre

I can ot makecalls on my house phone since fibre insallation. Any suugestions?

@Listener2 voice calls have to made by plugging the phone into the socket on the back of your Sky hub as the old phone sockets will no longer work.

To make and receive  calls on your  landline phone, the phone  now needs to be plugged  in to the phone socket  on the back of the hub as your old phone  socket  and landline  will no longer  work now you are on full fibre broadband
