My broadband was installed on 2/2/2024 and I received a message via SMS and my Sky account that there was a delay with my phone line and I would be updated by 6/2/2024
Today is 12/2/24 and I still don't have a phone line or any updates.
I tried the Sky Assistant bot which has led me here to report my situation.
Not sure how else to get help or an update. Having a landline is essential for my family so this is not a great experience for a new Sky customer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs there a voice light on your broadband hub and if so is it lit as your phone connection needs to be plugged into it. If you do have a light and it is not lit then as this is a customer helps customers forum we will have to direct you back to the bot so if you spoke to it last time try not saying anything when you call again.
