your sky box isnt getting signal

My sky box is not working. I cannot run any channel and whenever i am trying to run it is showing an error on screen. The error is Your Sky +Hd box is not getting a satellite signal. Your recordings in the planner and the on demand service may be still available.

Almost certainly a dish misalignment. Although Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).
