why am i not eligible for the same deals as a new customer?

I have been with SKY for over 20yrs, but I just checked and new customers are saving over £30 on better packages, and I still have a sky+ box? why can I not access these delas in my online account?

It because you are NOT a new customer

@MDUFFY1998 Because you would have already benefited from new customer pricing 20 years ago , customers only get one new customer offer per tenure

so I have to keep paying over the odds forever, this is not very fair is it, guess I will just cancel now then and just use my streaming services instead.

This is not a new thing, existing customers most likely complained when you got your new customer bonus 20 years ago

You could cancel and go with an alternative provider but the same will apply in 18 or 24 months when your new customer discounts finish.

@MDUFFY1998 so was it fair when you signed up and got a new customer deal and others who were already customers couldn't get the same deal as you got. 

I know when I signed up back in 2003 I got the first 3 months subscription for £0.01 per month 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

At worst you'll be paying no more than the advertised list price. Not over the odds.
