it just freeze when i turn to other channels  plus i get a lot of numbers on my tv so i know it has frozen

@lawrence+mclay  A Sky box picture freeze wouldn't cause a lot of numbers on your screen, this suggests the TV is the issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
