I'm moving house and staying with sky im due to have a engineer come out to my new address tomorow but I still haven't received my new sky box im a bit worried im not going to get it in time could you please track it thank you

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
As you've posted on the Sky+ board I presume you have Sky+. Unless you're upgrading to Sky Q at the same time you're moving you take the Sky+ box with you. If you're upgrading the engineer will bring the box with him/her.
