I cannot get an answer on the phone from sky,as they keep me on hold for over twenty minutes

If you need a Sky engineer to come out to put it right you'll have to hang on for your call to be answered, I'm afraid. First thing in the morning or from 9.00 in the evening are better times to call. Lines open at 7.00am
