sky have taken all my sky channels off me even though i have a sky+hd box, any ideas why?

messages up on my sky box, their cancelling my tv subscription, and now they have. i have a sky+hd box

no i have only one box, installed by sky, and thats a sky+hd box

@maur76x Is there a number to ring showing on screen? I believe that's the team that can reinstate your Sky+HD subscription.

It's likely that the regular Customer Service team would insist on switching to Sky Q.

I have emailed them, said they will reply in 3 working days, so will try that first.

Much quicker and more likely to get the desired result to phone them

@maur76x I agree with @Annie+UK . You may not get a response at all to an email as Sky don't use it for general communication.

 

The telephone number on screen takes you to a dedicated team familiar with issues such as this, with the knowledge of how to deal with them. The general Customer Service advisers may not be,
