how do I request repair engineer not getting reply from phone?

What happens to the LEDs on the front of the Sky box and on the remote control? Do they both light up?

The phone is how yu contact sky

BTW if the remote is the issue then it will be cheaper to source a new one from a high street retailer like ASDA, Tesco etc...

Does the remote control your other Sky box OK?

Have you tried restarting your multiroom box, by turning it off at the plug for 5 minutes?
