setting up sky on my tv

I have just purchased sky sports over the phone and logged u to my account through the mysky app on my phone but I'm unable to login in to my account on my tv.

@lawrance07 this doesn't sound like Sky+, where you've posted. Do you have Sky Q? Or Sky Stream/Glass?
