"viewing card not authorised" message

As of a few days ago, all my sky channels are displaying the "viewing card not authorised" message on my sky +. 

I've called and done all the automated resets etc that Sky offer to no avail, software updates etc etc 

 

Oddly, my sky viewing card number on the physical card differ to my viewing card number held on mySky. No new viewing card has been sent. 

 

 

If anyone from sky actually reads this, your automated help AI number is one of the most frustrating ways to start my day. How you can get away with not being able to talk to a person is utter rubbish considering what we all spend on our subscription.

When you call just stay silent at the prompt, you'll then get passed on to a Sky agent

You will need to speak to Sky about this so when you call again say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
