lost box sky sent to return equipment having ended subscription. What address do I send to?
I have ended my subsription with sky. They sent me a box to send my sky box back to them in so I don't incurr a fee. I have lost the box. I want to send the equipment back, what is the address I send it to? Thanks
If you meant to post in the Sky Q board you can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
