engeneer left me with no tv
i ordered sky q when engeneer came to fit it and it did not fit what i wanted he just disconnecred my old sky box went on my sleted roof without a roof ladder . came down and left my property and left me with no tv

I have been on to six people in sky and tried to get re connected all saying we will ring you in a short time to get it resolved

the engeneer just sayed he had to make a phone call went to his van after a few min he just left have not seening him since

It's very difficult to know why the engineer couldn't finish the installation and you haven't said what the engineer said to you before leaving so it sounds like you'll have to await contact.

Clearly just ringing cannot resolve a physical disconnection: that requires an installer visit.
