downloads failing
When trying to download multiple series or movies keep failing and can only download individually which is annoying. Is this another way of sky getting +hd customers to switch over to Q or Glass.Have rebooted box and router and done a rebuild but still errors occurring.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Re: downloads failing
Do the failed downloads appear in your Planner, or do they just not download? If they appear, what failure reason is given when you highlight one and press i on your remote?

Re: downloads failing
Appear in Planner as failed.Just says problem with broadband connection or you need to upgrade package which is rubbish as all ok.Seems to have stabilised now so will keep an eye on it.Thanks for your help.
