If all you want to access it the channel itself (and not the streams) then you do not need to change to Sky Q because as long as you are a full Sky Sports package subscribers then you should be able to access the channel now.

If you want to access the stream then you can change to either Sky Q Sky Glass or Sky Stream. The streams will also be available on the Sky Sports app on mobile devices.

@JR100  Because sky plus doesn't support the red button functionality anymore  you can still access the streams via the sky sports mobile app for phone and tablets only

Not really as your box is not capable of running these streams so if you haven't a mobile or tablet you would need to upgrade to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream. Hardly outrageous that you have old technology that is no longer supported.
