You do not have the Sky+ entitlement

I've seen many others report the same issue recently.

 

All of a sudden one of my boxes (I have 2) says I do not have Sky+ entitlement (no active Sky TV subscription). My other box is working fine.

 

I have not recently ordered or cancelled SkyQ or any other Sky products.

You will either have to call Sky or we can alert Sky's messaging team for you regarding this. There is no guarantee they will contact you today but by tomorrow at the latest they will contact you via here so let us know what you would like to do ?

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Having the same issue, tried reset by turning off at the plug but still same issue which it comes back on

Hi, 

 Did everyone get sorted? 

I seem to be having the same problem. I cannot view a lot of channels esp our national channels RTE and Virgin Media.. All the sports we pay for except Racing TV.  Any chance someone can get back to me ASAP. (Irish Channels)

Hi, I have just experienced this same issue. Two boxes, one has lost its subscription. Power cycling and rebuilding etc have not worked.

Sky+ not entitled

My Sky+ is now saying I am not entitled.

I have re-built and completed a new install with no change

Tried ringing Sky but waiting time was crazy.

Seen a lot of the same issue in other forums

Can somebody please help?
