Wrong time on recordings

For the last few days the time on my Sky+ recordings seem to be out by an hour. If I am, for example, recording something at 6pm it shows as 5pm on the programmes recorded time. How do I resolve this and why has this only just happened? Thank you.

It did not just happen, it happened 24 days ago when the clock changed, it will correct itself in 193 days time when the clock change again

The issue is only cosmetic and does not affect the recordings
