Wire has come out in the back of the tv

Our box wouldn't work and when I looked at the back of the TV the wire had come out of the tv connection at the back. iOS there instruction on how to re wire the cable. I have tried but it still doesn't work

TV connector??? Just buy a new cable if it is the one between your Sky box and TV
