Who creates the EPG for TNT Sports, Sky or TNT ?

Since Eurosport programming has moved to TNT Sports the cycling has been showing a general title for most cycling events - Live Cycling World Tour (Men). This is despite the events themselves being quite different ie. Paris-Nice, Terrano-Adriatico etc.

 

If you just want to record one event for the week it's on  when you hit Series Link it records all the other cycling with this same general title. 

Can this be fixed so each event has it's own title please as its filling up my disk space ?

TNT send data to Sky to be included in Sky's EPG, so TNT are responsible

Try emailing viewerR@sky.uk (Viewer Relations Team), to report the issue and they will contact TNT to have any errors corrected

As Sky do not own or operate TNT Sports we have no control over the programme information supplied by them, or any other 3rd party broadcaster on the Sky Platform.

You are welcome to contact TNT Sports directly to provide your feedback on the way they name their programmes.

Oh well, they are some times helpful and inform the 3rd party for you, but I guess they only do this for broadcasters like BBC, ITV etc.. 😞

Hope you are well, I am emailing from the executive complaints team. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the recordings of the Live Cycling World Tour. I have raised this as feedback to see if any changes can be made. I wont be made aware of the changes. It most likely will be included in the next update if any changes are made. I hope this email has been helpful.
