I have got the attached error message for a day now, a reboot makes no difference. Did I offend Sky in some way? LOL

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis has happened to me a few times in the past and after each time that due return so as you have done a reboot I would just leave this as they are as hopefully they should return without you need to do anything like a planner rebuild.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@StephenSky this does happen when the box misses a over air signal or Sky's servers are having a bad day. Nothing to worry about they return on their own in a few hours or you can often force it by rebooting your main box. Bits of the epg can go missing for the same reason.

REBOOT BROADBAND ROUTER DID IT FOR ME!
Extra info--- Downloads on Catch-up were also failing. I had tried Sky+ planner rebuild, and rebooted the box with no success! The network settings said that the connections to broadband and on-demand were OK and strangely the second Sky box had no problems so I did not expect it to be the router BUT IT WAS!
