Volume and Mute buttons not working on my new Sky HD remote.

Most buttons on my old remote no longer work but I can still use it to adjust volume and mute.

Followed your instructions Mark 39 but no rev number anywhere.

If it's a new remote it should be Rev 10.

There is nowhere on the TV screen to enter code after pressing TV then select and red button for 2 secs.

Programming a Sky remote does not require a TV or even the Sky box itself, you can programme the remote in the bathroom if you want 🙂
