Can't work out how to pair sky card to box

@Lisa433 is this the same box that you've been using since October last year? If so, carrying out a New Install will re-pair your Viewing Card. Or call Sky and they'll can do it - don't let them tell you that you'll have to upgrade to Sky Q etc. You don't. 

If this is a replacement box, you won't be able to pair it with your Viewing Card.
