Viewing card needs to be paired to your sky +hd box
I had to purchase another sky + hd box as I had a problem with its hard drive and I could not watch any sky chanels. My new box has arrived but I am having problems pairing my viewing card. I have done everything that I have been told to do on line but it just won't pair. When I request pairing by selecting select it says that request was successful and your chanels will be available shortly. That was 48 hours ago. What should I do.

@Jan135 unfortunately since October last year, it's no longer possible to pair your Viewing Card with a replacement Sky+ box.
The message confirming a successful pairing is incorrect. I'd suggest speaking to whoever provided the replacement box to see if you can get your money back.

It'd bad news I'm afraid as you can't pair a viewing card to a different Sky+ box, so you would need to speak to Sky about upgrading to Sky Q.
