Viewing card is not authorised, this message just appeared! (No SKY Q installation is booked)

"Viewing card is not authorised" this message just appeared! There is no SKY Q installation is booked. Been through all the "help" screens and this scenario isn't covered?? Help please.

You need to get a new viewing card from Sky

Sky engineer turned up and after a discussion it was decided not to proceed, so he took all the new kit etc away and left the old SKY+ system installed.

I thought as much, currently on hold for 54 minutes!!!  But thanks for your reply - pity i cant order one online!!
