Unable to upgrade to ultra HD

I'm given the option for taking up this offer, but when I click the "upgrade now" button the next page shows an error.

You cannot get UHD with a Sky+ box!

Do you have a Sky+ box as you have posted in the Sky+ box forum or do you have Sky Q ?
