Unable to switch sky on - box won’t switch on at all

Have been trying to switch sky box on.

no signal coming up on screen.

box switched off and back on - still not working

A no signal message is coming from your TV and isn't anything to do with your Sky box.

 

A no satellite message is being produced by the box:
