Just been on the phone for 45 mins and can't get someone to fix the sky signal. My father can't remember the password for the account so the advisor would.not help. What can I do?

If your Dad has Sky+ Sky no longer support this platform so they won't send an engineer anyway if indeed it's a dish problem. If he has Sky Protect through Domestic and General contact them, otherwise he will have to pay for an independent company to take a look.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@John9991 there should be another way for the Sky agent to verify your father's identity over the phone. Although as @Daniel0210 has said, Sky will not send anyone out to fix it.
