Unable to get channels that i used to get

I am unable to get various channels that I used to get included in my sky package

What's happening when you try to access these channels so what onscreen message do you see ?

Unable to access website.

 

I used to receive more channels I.e uk gold now u&gold & sky sports news amongst others now unavailable but still paying the same amount in my sky package.

Have you placed and perhaps cancelled an order for Sky Q ?

You'll need to contact Sky, then, I'm afraid for a replacement Card.

@Stephen210 I'm not sure that they can help with this (if they can't they'll direct you to call ) but if you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat.

@Stephen210 OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close.
