I am getting an error message 'there appears to be an issue with the broadband connection at this time' despite there being a good connection. This only happens with some on demand programmes and not others. I'm trying to download the whole series of Conversations with Friends. Can anyone help?

I have exactly the same issue when trying to download a film graduate me to hell. Other programmes I cN download fine.

Posted by a Sky employeeAfter speaking with Jen+Mullan we went through some troubleshooting steps and found it was an issue with the Search feature on the box as they were able to successfully download an episode of the affected programme via the Catch Up menu.

Hello - I am also having an issue with accessing programme information or downloading episodes of Conversation with friends - everything else seems to be working fine. How can I resolve this please?

When I try to access information on Conversations with friends ie I search for the programme then click on an episode I get a message stating there is a problem with Broadband access at this time. I can search, access and download other programmes.
I have unplugged and rebooted the system but no change.

@TracyMand As described above, there is an issue when Searching for this program. If you access it via the Catch Up Tile instead it should download ok.

That is exactly what my problem is. I got around it by using the Sky Go app, doing the search and downloading to the box. I was also able to download episodes available on Catch up, but not all episodes are on this.

I agree wih others this occured on conversations with friends and also no on starstruck series2. I also tried other ways of finding these programmes by performing alternative searches, it appears that sky may have a problem with their indexing / search

Interestingly both conversations with friends and starstruck both on BBC3 m however I do see that conversations with friends is now available on BBC1 but not the full series so wil have to wait until each episode airs, however no such luck with startstruck

Managed to get Starstruck via search BBC / All and "STAR"
