I have purchased Sky Cinema to obtain Paramount+ but unable to complete sign in process.
Sky help desk stated unable to help as problem was with Paramount+.
Paramount+ support team have advised me that I can't go through Sign-up flow for Paramount+ as apparently I have multiple core accounts, and therfore problem is with Sky.
Unable to obtain any response from Sky.
Any suggestions ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSo far as I'm aware, there's no sign-up for Paramount+ for Sky+ customers. If you subscribe to Sky Cinema, you'll have access to Paramount+ content on your Sky box.

t through all the procedures but kept getting error message "MY Sky 2008" and unable to proceed any further.
Sky helpdesk stated problem with Paramout+.
Paramount+ help desk have now stated the problem is with Sky as apparently I have "multiple core accounts" and therefor am unable to complete any purchases.
I am unable to speak to anyone at Sky to resolve this.
