Ultimate TV via Sky+ account

Can anyone confirm whether the Ultimate TV add-on can be added to a Sky+ account? In order to watch Netflix on devices other than a Sky box while being still being billed through Sky?

This isn't possible via your box as Sky+ boxes are not capable of installing apps on them on the way that a Sky Q box is so if you want to add this to your package you would need to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream.
